This last fall I was invited to do a sort of TED Talk at the Utah Uplift Families Event sponsored by the governor’s wife, Jeanette Herbert. See the whole event here!

Prior to my turn to talk, singer, Carmen Herbert told a story about how her son threw a trantrum in the Toys R Us because he couldn’t get a certain toy he wanted. She asked if anyone could help her with this situation. So, the beginning of this 11 minute clip my answer to her question.

They told me this was the most highly ranked talk of the event.
