Summer responsibilities & routines

Hi! I just purchased the TSG online course and have plans to finish it over the next month or so. However my 6 boys (ages 15-1) are out of school for the summer and I am eager to make things run more smoothly in terms of our routines and responsibilities. I feel pretty good about what I'm asking them to do in terms of household responsibilities, but I am having a hard time with setting clear expectations and following through to make sure they do satisfactory work. No doubt finishing the course will help tremendously but can you point me to a few things I can do in the meantime to start laying a foundation to help set us up for success? Thank you!!
