Scheduling

This summer I would like to try doing homeschooling. How do I schedule the day in advance? How to let my kids have responsibility for the schedule. Where do I write the schedule so everyone can see it? What things are important to go on the schedule first?

I have a nine year old a seven year old and a three year old.
My seven year old loves songs, could you please recommend some good musicians and song writers?
