Mentor Meetings

We have been doing mentor meetings with our kids for 2 months. They are not enjoying them much. Sometimes they don’t really participate. So, what do you do when your kids don’t really have new education or spiritual goals, don’t really seem to work on the goals during the week, or want to actively participate in the meetings? I do put a post it nite on their schedules with their individual weekly goals so they seem them every day. But the biggest issue is a lack of participation or a desire to even meet with us. The youth are 15, 13, almost 11, and 8. No one even wants to go first. It is very discouraging to my husband and I since we are carving time out intentionally for 1:1 with them. Thank you!
