Hitting Walls1 min read

There are times for all of us when we “hit walls.” These walls can be tough. But, when I hit a wall and push through, I see hope. I see second chances. I see new skills. Walls are really big and really heavy. To break one requires power and confidence. We can break walls. We were meant to. Power and confidence come from perspective and gratitude. After we hit the wall comes the action of breaking the wall. What does that look like? There is a point when someone knows they’ve broken through the wall. They feel victorious! So how does this relate to parenting? I hope you know that parenting is nothing but a series of walls. We have to take action by learning new skills and focusing on principles.

In this audio clip, I talk about how you can break those walls that are a trial and truimph over them.
