Parents divided

Thank you and your mentors for your help. My question is What do you do when parents disagree in front of the child over how they are going to move forward with the consequence? My partner and I argue and disagree in front of our child daily and I see she's losing respect for both of us. My daughter told me that she doesn't respect me anymore because I allow her dad to speak to me with an angry tone. We've been split up before and it was hard raising her as a single parent and now that we're all living under the same roof, the way we communicate is getting worse, with a lot more yelling. Both my Daughter and her Dad go to the back brain often. Any suggestions on how I can help them get calm in the heat of the moment.
