Not cooperating with Loss of Privileges

We have taken the course and are just beginning implementation of the TSG.

Situation: 8 year old girl has reached the end of the rule of 3 and has earned a 2 hour loss of privileges. She is not calm, and is intent on being around the rest of the family to loudly complain, argue with anyone, steal sweets, and cause general disruption. We also have a 6 year old and 1 year old. How do we enforce boundaries while keeping everyone safe from seeing, being hurt by, and in the future modeling, her behavior?

I've heard you talk about the 10 second rule, where you have everyone quickly go to their rooms and they get a treat afterwards. In one instance I had wifey attempt to take the boys into a locked room but she ran after them and would not let them get into the room and close the door.

How would you handle situations like these?
