Hi Nicholeen Thankyou for your support and help in doing the most important thing that God has given to us to do. I have good news on my 14yr old. After two weeks of refusing to do her 24-hr. loss of privileges she decided to give over and stop fighting us about getting up and coming to breakfast. She is not doing everything perfectly, but I feel like I am gaining ground with her accepting our roles. Thankyou Lord. However, I feel like I'm losing ground with most of the family using the four basic skills. It is such a huge job for me keeping up with doing all the corrections the way you do it. For the first week or two after in forcing the skills and consequences I felt totally exhausted and dysfunctional, because of the time I spent with people doing their corrections, role plays, major maintenances, SODA exercises, and 24 hr. loss of privileges. Because we have a large family of ten children. I found that one correction just ran into another, and I wasn't getting to do anything else. I was wondering if I could simplify things a bit to make it more manageable for me. We are practicing our mission statement everyday now and have planned family activity night once a week, in general we are making a better family culture, but I am wondering how to keep moving forward the most efficient way. God bless.
