Screen Time

Our family is currently in a 10 day screen fast. It has been very been very facinating to see this play out. I am asking you this morning what documtry or you tube episode (if you are aware of any) could be bennifical for my family to watch to help the understand themselves more on what are the signs addiction and why screen time should be limited. My goal is to teach so they can recongize the issues for them later if they are addicted to anything. My children are older and my oldest is leave the house this September.

I get overwhemled at times with teaching because I find their is so much infmoation our there and I what to make sure I am teaching the best. (truth)
