Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Digital content is not eligible for a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (books unopened, without damage or creasing to the binding or pages, etc.) and in the same condition that you received it. For us to resell an item, they must be in the same condition as when we sent them. We must be able to verify your purchase through your account on our website or an order confirmation email you received.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it is unused and in new condition, and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit, usually within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Restocking fees of at least $5 or 3% (whichever is greater) may also apply.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non­refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you use “Collect On Delivery” shipping to return your product, that cost will be deducted from your total refund. 
Make sure your items are packaged tightly. If your items are damaged by rolling around in shipping on their return, we will not be able to sell them as “new,” and you may not receive a full refund.
