Are you familiar with Trust Based Relational Intervention, which was developed by the late Dr Karyn Purvis? If so, can you give a short comparison/contrast between it and TSG?
I see a lot of similarities. One of the differences I see is that TBRI does not use family economy/chores or the Rule of Three. TBRI seems to focus more on redos. I also see that there seems to be less focus in TBRI on emphasizing that a child (or adult) can choose their behaviors/responses.
Is it ok for a parent to replace a chore with a redo/practice? If so, would you place a limit on how often a redo/practice is substituted for a chore?
