Not wanting to go to school

Hi, my daughter age 12 almost 13 years old, Entering 7th grade, has been homeschooled for 5 years and has been struggling with learning. We learned last year, after getting her tested, that she has a specific learning disorder. So I have contacted the public school for help because they gave her an IEP and I’m unable to help her learn core subjects. She would only go for about 2.5 hours and come back home. But she is absolutely completely against going. I’ve asked why and she said the kids.
She’s been told by Cousin’s and friends bad situations at the schools and unfortunately We’ve ironically read a few books about kids in school recently and they all had experienced being bullied and having a rough time at school. So that was very unhelpful. I feel that this would have help for her but I don’t know how else to convince her to just try it for a week or so.
