Husband not calm 2

I asked you last week a question about my husband not being calm and what I can do to help with the situation in the home.
You mentioned that he thinks everything is happening “to him.” Which is true.
He believes that I intentionally do things to annoy him and push his buttons.
For example, he feels he has the right to tell me to stop teaching the kids the four basic skills, and when he hears me continue teaching them, he says I am doing it to spike him.
Can you talk more about what it means when someone thinks everything is happening “to them”? What exactly is tangled in his mind that he cannot overcome? What is his mental barrier, and what can I do to no trigger it or to help?
Thank you very much
