Extra curricular activities

Hi Nicholeen,
I planned to put both my kids in swim class now that schools out and summer is here.

But My 11 year old is straight out refusing and is telling me No, he doesn’t want to and that he won’t . I was surprised quite frankly because he always asking to go to the pool, and were planning a trip to the beach.

I want them both to have this life skill..

What are your thoughts ? ….
