Continual disruptions from 15 yr old

If we are in the middle of dinner and our 15 year old 6”5 200lb boy acts obnoxious continuously, what do you do? Do we give a correction and job for every rude statement? If we tell him to stop he laughs, says ok and does any job we give him. He then often just returns to his disruptive behavior. We feel that this is feeding his desire to be the center of attention l, even if he is being corrected. This then takes away our time to spend positively with the other children.
