Balance during scholar phase

I am not sure what to make of my scholar’s schedule. I go back and forth on what it should look like. My scholar (16-year-old daughter, just an incredible youth) starts her day with family devotional at 6:00 and then goes to an early-morning religious class. She then studies until 11 or 12 at night. This is her first semester doing online college dual-enrollment; she has 8 credit hours. She has deliberately scheduled in time for things like meals and playing the piano for enjoyment and a nap. And she is very conscientious, perhaps perfectionistic, about her work. She babysits her four young cousins three hours a week and teaches piano lessons to three children each week. She is busy all day Saturday with studies as well. She chooses to not study on Sundays, but she is so tired from the week, she sleeps a lot on that day. My question is — do I need to be more deliberate about some family time as part of scholar phase? Should I counsel her — or even insist — that she take fewer credit hours next semester so she can be more balanced? Or is what she’s doing okay? I know some people I consider great scholars in history had kind of an unbalanced life during this phase of their education. So do I need to adjust my paradigm of balance in this phase of learning?
