Roles issue

Hi Nicholeen,
How do you explain roles to 12 year old?

My child knows the skills and has been making improvements in using them but I don’t think he realizes how he can come off at times (like if he’s the one in charge)

I feel like he’s missing that part , although I’ve read the roles book and have tried to explain it to him, myself..

Help me clarify this…
