Policing

First- App is amazing for the job jar! Are you planning to have it hook to your website for content ever so we can easily access our membership and digital content or keep separate?

Question is: how do you stop the policing of kids on each other? I have one child who will even go outside to see if her brother is doing something he should not through the window and then will report to me. I have told multiple of my children that that is not unifying and unless it is an emergency or a safety issue, then that are to SELF govern. The others have to govern themselves and learn to give themselves a “no” answer. Ideas? Suggestions? Thank you.
