Teen outbursts

Our 15-year-old again here has been having some issues. He just had an explosion because my husband told him he needed to turn off the type of music he was listening to he screamed and yelled and stormed off into his room before we had a chance to give him a job. He seems to me that he should be out of instructional control and immediately in that 24 hours. My husband that we should go in and give him an opportunity to do a job. Honestly we don’t know what the right thing to do is and anytime we talk to him he has yelling outbursts and when he is in the 24 hours he is rude. It’s gotten to the point where we don’t have much that we can’t even take away because we’ve had to limit so much because of his behavior. Anyways, please help us if you have any advice.
