School Avoidance

This is the second year my daughter refuses to go on a regular basis. She insist on staying home and threatens to hit me if I don't let her watch tv saying "This conversation is over, you need to stop." when I try to talk to her. She is refusing to talk to a therapist as well. What is the best next step? She was diagnosed with depression and social anxiety.
