Breaking family rules

Hi, Nicholeen! I am slowly trying to go through the course and get ready to implement the system. I have not finished all the modules, so forgive me if I have missed this, but do you address how to handle poor choices that fall outside of the realm of the four basic skills? How do you handle children breaking family rules? For example, my seven year old has very sticky fingers, especially when it comes to Pokemon. He has taken his sister's cards, stolen them from friends and more. How do you handle misbehavior when the ill deed has already been done? Feel free to address my specific problem, but I think that the question could encompass many other behaviors like siblings fighting when you are outside the room. Thank you so much!
