Son working

Nicholeen, how do you feel about 16 almost 17 year old boys working full time for the summer? My son just started working his summer job which will be full time. It is at my husbands business so my husband will see him throughout the day here and there. I just didn’t know Jim full time is to much for a teen for the summer. But he also needs to save money for his mission and things like that. Thanks
