Using selfgovernment is Sunday School class

Hello Nicholeen, How could I use Self-government for a Sunday school class? I teach 5th graders and they definitely need boundaries and self regulation during the class. They tend to talk over each other, wiggle their chairs, and distract each other. What types of consequences could I use during class? Thank you in advance
