TSG and exchange students

Hello! We have an exchange student joining us this Thursday for the upcoming school year from Germany. She will be a Sophomore at our local high school. How would you recommend we incorporate TSG with her? We know that family meetings, mentor meetings, etc. will be nice for her, but not sure about how to teach her the skills and corrections and how to approach this. They are suppose to be members of the family and follow the same rules, for the most part.
