Screaming

Hi Nicholeen! First , I want to tell you that we loved your seminar!! It was great to finally meet you in person!!
My Question is how do you handle screaming for anything that happens to them, mi granddaughters are getting better about following an instruction, but not when it comes to have indoor voices and to no scream for any reazon., they do this specifically when i get a phone call.
