Rule of 3

Hi Nicholeen, Another question if you have time? On the choices map it looks like rule of 3 is only for ages 7 & up. Is it ok to use a modified rule of 3 for younger ones if they are not calming down or do I try to just keep waiting for calmness? Thanks again!
