Modified Rule of Three in school setting

Hi Nicholeen –
I had two questions for you.
1) I am running a homeschool co op once a week for three hours, for several girls ages 6, 7 and 8. Their parents are using TSG at home and asked me to reinforce it during our group as well. My question is, how do I carry out a Modified Rule of Three in this setting? If a child loses privileges, will she miss out on all the group activities of the day? And, if so, how would I even do that, while working with the other children?
2) Last week, someone asked you a bit about your personal journey with TSG. I had a follow-up question. How did what you learned in foster care training evolve into TSG? How did you make it your own? What are some of the differences between what you learned in the training and what became TSG? Similarities?
