Loss of privileges

Hi Nicholeen, when a child needs a correction during a loss of privileges, I need to do the teaching part of the correction, but how do they earn an extra chore when they are already doing extra chores – do I add the time on to the end of the 24 hrs? For example, they have started playing instead of doing chores, or eaten a snack etc. Also, do I correct when they forget and have a snack, say they are sorry and say they forgot (and I can tell they truly had forgotten)? Also what if they are calm at the beginning of the 24hrs, but during the 24hrs at some point start not accepting it again – after doing a correction on this, again what is the consequence – do I add the time on to the 24 hrs, or should I stop timing, they do the extra chore and then continue the 24 hrs?
