How to Start Homeschooling with Younger Children

I'm curious if you could share some tips/encouragement/resources for starting homeschooling with younger children. My children are 8, 6, and 4. The oldest 2 have attended public school, but I want to make a change and do homeschool so I can spend more time with my children, learn with them, and practice TSG. I love the TJEd philosophy. I want to start this summer so I can gain confidence in homeschooling before the fall. What would you recommend?
