How to quick start the program

Hi, Nicholeen! I purchased the course three months ago, and in my overwhelm, I have hardly started. Could you tell me where I can go within the course to get the "How to" part of the program — i.e. the nitty-gritty about teaching the four skills and their steps, the rule of 3, etc. I have four kids, and 3 of the 4 (the 7, and the 3 year old twins) are just wild and uncooperative. And how do you recommend teaching this to your kids? Do you teach all the skills at one time? One a day? One a week?
