Can we give special consequences for major behavior issues?

We have had some major issues with children that we feel go above receiving a correction and a short job. For example, a hole was punched into our ceiling by our child and we are making him pay for the handyman damages. We found teen has been sneaking onto devices for months and a single job and correction is too little of a consequence so we took away his next favorite event. Yesterday our daughter told us a direct lie to us as well. These kids are 13 and 15 but even our other kids don't seem to mind a correction and it's not changing behavior. I feel like they are rude, mocking and disrespectful all day long and I am worn out and that's why I am increasing consequences but does that mean we are not following TSG if we come up with a couple special measures for lying or damaging our property?
