Arguing with Nanny

My oldest son is 5 years old and hates being picked up from school by our nanny. He says that all the kids are being picked up by parents and he is the only one who has a nanny. Which of course is not the case. He continues to argue with her at home, not follow direction, and generally defiant when he is with her. We started using the TSG script with him and it works wonders, but when he is with his nanny all hell breaks loose. What can we do to teach him choose show respect and listen to her?
