Additional consequences while on 24 hours

When my child (11) has lost all privileges for 24 hours how do you deal with disobeying during that time? Adding more chores is pointless because they are already doing chores for 24 hours. During the last 24 hours he earned there were at least 15 occasions when more chores would have been earned (teasing siblings, pretending to complete chores and hiding evidence, not saying Ok when given an instruction, etc). Thank you!
