OT: How To Motivate Students To Learn

This might seem off topic, but I don't know if it really is. I think having motivated students is something all parents work for. The question was posed to me: Nicholeen, what do you do to prepare your teenage youth for academic success?

On a recent conference call I went into great detail on the subject. As a special treat I have the recording of that call to share with you today.

It is true, my youth are a bit more motivated and focused on becoming educated adults than many others their ages. Have I done anything different than other parents? Maybe. Listen and decide for yourself.

As you know I homeschool my children. This call speaks specfically about homeschool because I am speaking to another homeschool mother. However, the principles shared can be applied to any family who is dedicated to inspiring their youth to become a purpose-filled, mission-minded adult.

It is broken into two parts here. You have to sign in to the site to access this page. If you don't have an account yet, it's easy to make a user name and password. It will prompt you.

Enjoy! I hope it helps.
